Agreeing to these terms

By booking with Fernwood Mobile Pet Grooming online, you agree to these terms and to our booking policy. They're between you and Fernwood Mobile Pet Grooming.

Your details

Please give your own correct details and book only for people (or pets) you're allowed to book for. For children, give only a first name.

Booking fairly

Please don't hold times you don't mean to keep, book in bulk with automated tools, or try to get around the limits on how many can book. We may cancel bookings that do.

If we have to change or cancel

Sometimes we may need to move or cancel a booking, for example because of illness or weather. If we do, we'll tell you as soon as we can and help you find another time.

Your account

If you make an account, keep access to your email (that's how you sign in). You can download your information or delete your account at any time from your account page.

Limits

We do our best to keep booking working, but we can't promise it will always be available. To the extent the law allows, we're not responsible for losses from booking being unavailable. Nothing here limits your rights under the law.
